ABOUT
A clearer view of what’s next.
Lumiveris helps organisations and institutions navigate complexity, understand change and make better-informed decisions. Its work brings together strategic foresight, structural analysis and AI readiness to examine difficult questions, challenge assumptions and explore possible paths forward.

OUR PURPOSE
Better decisions in a world of complexity and uncertainty.
Organisations face problems that cannot always be understood through immediate circumstances or conventional analysis alone. Change, competing priorities and interconnected systems can make it difficult to see what is driving a problem or how today's decisions may shape tomorrow's outcomes.
Lumiveris helps decision-makers examine these challenges more clearly, understand the forces shaping them and identify informed, forward-looking responses.

OUR APPROACH
Evidence, structure and a long-term perspective.
Evidence first
Analysis begins with credible evidence, explicit assumptions and a clear distinction between what is known, what is uncertain and what remains to be investigated.
Structured reasoning
Complex questions are broken down into their constituent parts. Relationships, underlying assumptions, competing objectives and trade-offs are examined to understand how problems emerge and where meaningful change may be possible.
A long-term perspective
Decisions are considered in the context of change and uncertainty. Exploring plausible futures helps organisations question current assumptions, anticipate emerging challenges and consider the longer-term implications of their choices.
OUR PRINCIPLES
Intellectual honesty
Being transparent about evidence, assumptions, uncertainty and the limits of analysis.
Clarity
Making complex ideas, relationships and implications understandable without oversimplifying the issues.
Discretion and confidentiality
Approaching sensitive information and organisational challenges with care and respect.
PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Experience that informs our work.
Lumiveris draws on the experience of its founder, Gianina Caballero, across public policy, infrastructure, sustainable development and complex programme delivery.
Gianina holds an MSc in Major Programme Management from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Her professional experience includes work across two national governments, UK–Peru institutional collaboration, infrastructure strategy, climate and sustainability programmes, and sustainable finance. She has also contributed written evidence to UK parliamentary committees on matters relating to public policy and project delivery.
This combination of analytical research and practical programme experience informs Lumiveris’ approach to complex organisational questions, strategic decisions and the conditions required to turn insight into action.

A conversation starts with a question.
Whether the challenge concerns future change, a persistent structural problem or the adoption of AI, the starting point is understanding the question that needs to be answered.
